    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ABOUT THE ROLE</span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We are seeking passionate Teachers who are looking for an enriching experience to be part of the Elsie Fabian School (EFS) team. You will be responsible for supporting and developing Fort McKay students, while focusing on the delivery of exceptional educational services. This is a full-time contract position reporting directly to the Principal of EFS, located in Fort McKay, AB.  We are looking for dynamic and passionate Educators who love Northern Living to join the team!</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Lead instruction and provide </span>quality teaching, ongoing analysis, pedagogical knowledge and make decisions that support optimum learning for all students.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work in a collaborative setting to reach the schools goal of providing a strong Cree Language, Dene Language, Land-Based Learning and Academic Program with a focus on literacy and numeracy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Design and implement individual program plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrate the importance of making a strong, positive connection with all students, through classroom interactions as well as involvement with students outside the classroom.
