We are known for exceptional patient care and a professional, welcoming environment.  Many of our team members have been with us for years, and we take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and supportive workplace.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a friendly, organized Naturopathic Assistant &amp; Phlebotomist to be the primary point of contact for our patients. This role blends front‑office responsibilities with hands on clinical support. The ideal candidate has strong people skills, a phlebotomy background, and the ability to learn quickly in a medical office setting.</p>\n<p>You will handle most patient check ins and check outs, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and support the Naturopathic Doctor with room setup, blood draws, and other wellness services.</p>\n<p>This position is 2–4 days per week, 9 AM–5 PM, with some flexibility for the right candidate. As our practice continues to grow, there is potential for additional hours.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the main point of contact for patients throughout their visit</li>\n<li>Perform patient check in and check out</li>\n<li>Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries</li>\n<li>Perform phlebotomy and assist with blood specimen handling</li>\n<li>Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized environment</li>\n<li>Assist the Naturopathic Doctor during patient visits as needed</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate patient records and support administrative tasks</li>\n<li>Learn and assist with naturopathic services (training provided)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Phlebotomy experience required</li>\n<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>\n<li>Friendly, professional, and patient‑focused demeanor</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment</li>\n<li>Experience with EMR systems preferred</li>\n<li>Prior experience in a medical, wellness, or patient‑facing role is a plus</li>\n<li>Excellent attendance and punctuality</li>\n<li>Professional appearance required (uniforms provided; no visible tattoos or multiple piercings)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible scheduling for the right candidate</li>\n<li>Potential for more hours as the practice grows</li>\n<li>Supportive, long‑standing team environment</li>\n<li>Vacation Time, and additional benefits available when working 3+ days/week</li>\n<li>Discounted products and services</li>\n<li>Health insurance eligible with full-time employment</li>\n<li>401K eligible</li>\n</ul>",
