The base salary range for this role is $90,000-$135,000 and is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in accordance with company policy.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design production machinery from inception to completion, including design and detailing of all parts, overseeing assembly, design and programming of all control circuits, testing, operator training and implementation into production. </li>\n <li>Analyze manufacturing problems and implement solutions.</li>\n <li>Research, purchase and implement outsourced manufacturing machinery.</li>\n <li>Implement manufacturing tooling and processes for new products.</li>\n <li>Assist in research, development and testing of new products.</li>\n <li>Troubleshooting problems in the factory and determining solutions.</li>\n <li>Interface with QC department in investigating and correcting quality issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BS or BE in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.</li>\n <li>3+ years designing and implementing production machinery solutions in a factory environment.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Pro/Engineer (Creo) or similar 3D design software; SolidWorks knowledge a plus.</li>\n <li>Electro-mechanical automation background, with knowledge of general automation techniques, components, and principles.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of injection molding operations and mold design a significant plus.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with standard machining and assembly practices a plus.</li>\n</ul>",
