Description We are seeking a commercially minded Corporate Counsel to join our legal team in a highly visible role supporting our global Supply Chain organization—one of the most dynamic and impactful areas of our business. With more than $20B in annual transactions and a procurement function of approximately 750 employees, this role offers the opportunity to partner directly with senior leaders and drive meaningful impact across high-value commercial activities. The Corporate Counsel – Supply Chain will work closely with stakeholders across six sectors, serving as a trusted advisor on procurement and transactional matters that are critical to our operations. Although, ideally based in Indianapolis, this is a remote opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who brings deep expertise in supply chain commercial transactions within a manufacturing or industrial environment and who is passionate about the procurement domain. You’ll play a key role in delivering practical, value-added solutions to both internal and external stakeholders, helping the business manage risk while enabling speed and efficiency. At the same time, you will contribute to the evolution of our processes—moving from reactive, legacy approaches to more scalable, forward-thinking ways of working in a company that continues to grow in size and complexity. Success in this role will require strong relationship-building skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
