    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Inventory &amp; Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control, warehousing, and material flow within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures accurate inventory records, efficient storage and retrieval of raw materials and finished goods, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements including government contract and quality management system standards. The position plays a critical role in supporting on-time delivery, cost control, and operational readiness.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Inventory Management</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 20px;\"><li>Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/MRP system for raw materials, purchased parts, WIP, and finished goods.</li><li>Conduct and oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Establish and monitor min/max levels, reorder points, and safety stock to prevent shortages or excess.</li><li>Coordinate with Purchasing and Production Planning to align inventory levels with production schedules and customer demand.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Warehouse Operations</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 20px;\"><li>Manage all warehouse functions including receiving, inspection staging, storage, kitting, and shipping.</li><li>Ensure proper identification, segregation, and traceability of materials, including first-in/first-out (FIFO) practices.</li><li>Oversee packing and shipping of finished products in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain a safe, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment; enforce 5S standards.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 20px;\"><li>Supervise warehouse staff; assign work, conduct performance reviews, and support training and development.</li><li>Coordinate scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and peak demand periods.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Compliance &amp; Quality</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 20px;\"><li>Ensure all inventory and shipping activities comply with quality management system (QMS) requirements.</li><li>Support internal and external audits; maintain required documentation and records in accordance with company and customer requirements.</li><li>Adhere to all applicable export control and government contract requirements for material handling and shipping.</li><li>Identify and quarantine nonconforming material; initiate and track corrective actions as required.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Systems &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 20px;\"><li>Generate and analyze inventory reports including turns, aging, and accuracy metrics; present findings to Operations leadership.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in ERP data integrity and warehouse processes.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 20px;\"><li>5+ years of inventory and warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Demonstrated supervisory experience with direct management of warehouse personnel.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory control methodologies (cycle counting, FIFO, kanban, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with quality management system requirements.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials, and work orders.</li><li>Must be a U.S. Person as defined under applicable export control regulations (ITAR/EAR).</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 20px;\"><li>Experience in a defense or regulated manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode/RFID technology.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>EDUCATION</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 20px;\"><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience will be considered.</li></ul></div>\n",
