Must possess an energetic and positive attitude and be willing to change and develop as requirements of assigned tasks dictate.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for daily assignments and overall coordination of employees to ensure maximum performance, efficiency and quality of functions</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively organize and assign work to hourly employees such that safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives are met</li>\n <li>Must demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, reduce work order span times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively with other multi-trade Supervisors on the team to provide first time quality on time</li>\n <li>Must have knowledge of safe work practices; ability to comprehend and follow or issue verbal and /or written instructions; willing to work as necessary to support production needs</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with subordinates and supervisors. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to set, assign, and measure daily production goals, instruct, mentor, motivate crew and hold crew members accountable as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>This position is to support 2nd shift.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This position is located at the Quonset Point facility in North Kingstown, RI</strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must meet one of the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 plus years of Electrical experience at EB</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 year combined relevant experience and leadership experience in a high-volume setting</li>\n <li>Must be available to work all shifts, including extended hours, weekends or holidays as business needs dictate</li>\n <li>Must possess strong PC skills including proficiency with the MS Word and Excel</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance through the department of defense</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervisory/leadership experience</li>\n <li>5+ years electrical experience</li>\n <li>Vocational, Technical and Community Colleges or Apprentice programs</li>\n <li>Relevant education or training </li>\n <li>Proficiency in blueprint and drawing interpretation</li>\n <li>MDU </li>\n <li>Navy/military</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Good organizational, presentation and communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to interact with various levels of employees in the organization</li>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Qualifications</h2>Climbing, Color Vision, Crawling, Kneeling, Light Lifting, Medium Lifting, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Stooping, Twisting\n<h2>Environmental Attributes</h2>Cold, Dry, Dusty, Fumes, Hot, Inside, Noise, Oily",
