Ensure excellent HR service to all <br />levels of employees. Serve as business partner on facility <br />Administrative Council, providing HR leadership and expertise as <br />employee advocate, change agent, and administrative expert in people <br />matters. Member of HR leadership team, provide input and <br />recommendations on HR policy and administration. <br /><br />Education: <br />Bachelors degree in Business/Human Resources Management. <br /></p><p>Experience: <br />5 - 10 years progressively responsible human resource management or <br />related experience in a healthcare setting.
