This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage teams, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The Superintendent will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet deadlines. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness.
