You will achieve this by assisting, advising, and directing the owners of private businesses in making the right financial and strategic decisions to enhance their business. You become the financial leader of the business and will drive all financial discussions and initiatives. Understanding the strategic initiatives of the business will allow you to support the business owner in executing their strategic plan and ensure they are moving forward. You will identify financial and business issues that will influence the business owner’s decision making process.
