This position is also responsible for overseeing of outsourced facility operations staff.\n</div>\n<p><b>Your Primary Responsibilities:</b></p>\n<div style=\"border:1px none transparent; margin:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Oversees the operations, maintenance and testing of building plumbing, UPS, HVAC, emergency generators, electrical and fire detection/suppressions systems</li>\n  <li>Supervise cleaning staff, including execution of quality control processes</li>\n  <li>Create and track Purchase Orders along with comparing actual spend versus available budget</li>\n  <li>Monitoring of site’s building monitoring systems and alarms</li>\n  <li>Assists and co-ordinates aesthetic and facilities process improvements</li>\n  <li>Supports Health &amp; Safety a required including workplace risk assessments, water testing, &amp; air quality testing</li>\n  <li>Oversight of amenities such as coffee, vending, parking, event support</li>\n  <li>Support office services group’s mail, shipping and receiving activities</li>\n  <li>24/7 Response to emergency situations relating to employees and/or facilities</li>\n  <li>Support weekend vendor project construction work as needed, which is typically limited to no more than 1x per month</li>\n  <li>Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately</li>\n  <li>Perform the duties of the site’s Environmental and Energy Team maintaining DTCC’s ISO 50001 and 14001 certifications</li>\n  <li>Supports space planning team and managing moves/relocations</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"border:1px none transparent; margin:0px\">\n <p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Minimum of 2 years of related experience</li>\n  <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent experience</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"border:1px none transparent; margin:0px\">\n <p><b>Talents Needed for Success:</b></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Ability to read architectural and engineering building drawings</li>\n  <li><span>Proficiency with AutoCAD</span></li>\n  <li>Excellent communication &amp; written skills and client focus</li>\n  <li>Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio</li>\n  <li>Experience with SNOW/Nuvolo Work Order System (or comparable CMMS)</li>\n  <li>Strong vendor relationship management skills</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><i>The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
