    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Manager is responsible for managing the daily scheduling of approximately 8-20+ ROI Specialists to ensure that all facilities have sufficient coverage. The Manager will act as the liaison between MRO and the client management staff to ensure that all ROI activities are compliant with established clinic policies, federal and state regulations and are completed in a timely manner. </p>\n<ul>\n <li><em><strong>Travel required in Florida and Ohio - 25-50% </strong></em></li>\n <li><em><strong>Preferred candidate needs to live in or around Cleveland, OH  </strong></em></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages workflow among on-site employees to ensure maximum productivity and quality standards are met.  Adjusts work assignments as needed to cover peak periods, leave and vacancies.  Prioritizes work to ensure completion of ROI function.</li>\n <li>Adjusts work assignments as needed to cover peak periods, leave and vacancies at the staffed hospital sites.</li>\n <li>Provides coverage in event of backlogs, illness, vacation or leave of absence of medical record staff.</li>\n <li>Performs Quality Assurance monitoring of work performance for the ROI Specialists. </li>\n <li>Conducts productivity and work performance reviews for ROI Specialists in accordance with MRO/customer policies and procedures and Federal/State law.</li>\n <li>Monitors performance and provides performance feedback and evaluations for ROI Specialists.  Monitors and approves paid time off and schedules for all staff.</li>\n <li>Promotes a positive self-image of MRO with emphasis on customer service by treating patients, co-workers, and medical center personnel with courtesy and respect.  Responds to customer needs in a positive and efficient manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED required.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s and/or Associates Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration or health related field or equivalent experience is preferred. </li>\n <li>1 years supervisory/management experience in acute care setting.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards required.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates excellence in written communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel 50%.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Position requires travel by car and air and ability to mobilize throughout multiple sites. </li>\n <li>Position requires standing, sitting, lifting up to 20 pounds.</li>\n <li>Position is performed in office and hospital settings. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions.
