At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Senior Electrical Engineer, PE is responsible for overseeing the creation of technical design solutions and/or studies. The purpose of a Senior Professional Electrical Engineer is to provide technical authority and direction as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for the development of electrical engineering designs, studies and solutions and part of an integrated project team.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible to oversee and direct the electrical engineering of projects in accordance with engineering best practices, company standards and in compliance with the National Electrical Code.</li>\n <li>Assist the Project Manager in establishing and preparing project budgets, project execution plans, construction cost estimates and project schedules.</li>\n <li>Execute the electrical engineering aspects of a project within the budget, schedule and quality as agreed with the Project Manager.</li>\n <li>Prepare engineering documents in the form of study reports, drawings and specifications that maybe stamped and signed, as required.</li>\n <li>Prepare Addendums, Proposal Requests (PR) and Supplemental Instructions (SI) for projects.</li>\n <li>Provide mentoring and technical direction to Electrical Engineers, Designers and BIM/CAD Technicians.</li>\n <li>Attend meetings with clients and prepare meeting notes as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Coordinate communications in relation to electrical engineering with project team members, clients and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).</li>\n <li>Coordinate design solutions with other technical disciplines within the integrated project team.</li>\n <li>Assist in quality assurance reviews for all project disciplines.</li>\n <li>Attend site visits for the purposes of investigation, survey and record of existing conditions.</li>\n <li>Uphold and promote the Company brand by guaranteeing excellence in the execution of work and ensuring a positive client experience.</li>\n <li>Any other duties as assigned by Company Leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Required to have a Baccalaureate Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.</li>\n <li>Required to have a Professional Engineering (PE) license.</li>\n <li>Five years' experience post PE license award.</li>\n <li>Required experience with the design large commercial projects.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).</li>\n <li>Effective written, oral and presentation communication skills.</li>\n <li>Clean Driving Record.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.</li>\n <li>Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred experience with the design of Healthcare projects.</li>\n <li>Preferred experience with the design of Higher Education projects.</li>\n <li>Preferred experience with the design of Central Energy Plant (CEP) electrical infrastructure projects.</li>\n <li>Preferred experience in the design of medium voltage protection and power distribution systems.</li>\n <li>Preferred experience in the design of paralleled generator systems at medium voltage and below.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>10-20% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Quiet environment.</li>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $118,625.00 - USD $152,660.00 /Yr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
