    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Program Underwriting Analyst provides critical data, analytical, and operational support to Fronting Solutions and program leadership. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data received from third-party partners, while delivering actionable insights to support underwriting performance and program oversight.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The analyst partners cross-functionally to streamline data workflows, produce reliable reporting, and enhance overall program visibility, while supporting leadership in resolving system issues and maintaining operational standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>This position is a hybrid opportunity and can be located at any our AmTrust locations throughout North America.</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Data Management & Partner Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Define, document, and communicate data requirements to third-party partners to ensure completeness and consistency of program data</li>\n <li>Manage and validate inbound data feeds, including coordination of testing, onboarding, and ongoing quality assurance</li>\n <li>Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on data structure, format, and reporting expectations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Partnership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with Underwriting, Product, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Reporting teams to align data requirements and improve operational workflows</li>\n <li>Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and reporting capabilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Analytics & Reporting</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze program and portfolio data to identify trends, performance drivers, and anomalies</li>\n <li>Investigate discrepancies between expected and actual results, providing clear insights and recommendations</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support program performance evaluation and decision-making</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support Fronting Solutions leadership with system issue resolution and data-related inquiries</li>\n <li>Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of data governance standards and best practices</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of experience in <strong>Property & Casualty Commercial Lines insurance</strong>, with exposure to underwriting, coverage, or product</li>\n <li>Prior experience in analytical, program, or underwriting support roles preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong> (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis functions)</li>\n <li>Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities; experience with visualization tools a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate into actionable insights</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and process improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>AmTrust Financial Services offers a competitive compensation package and excellent career advancement opportunities.
