We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Asset Management Intern to support a cross-functional initiative focused on improving the quality, organization, and usability of our media library in Cloudinary. This role offers hands-on experience in digital asset management, content operations, metadata governance, and AI-ready content organization. Working closely with the platform owner and product teams, you will help clean, organize, and standardize thousands of digital assets to create a scalable foundation for future content management and AI-driven initiatives. What You'll Do Audit existing media assets to identify and remove low-quality, duplicate, outdated, or unusable files Support the restructuring of Cloudinary folders, collections, and taxonomy frameworks Apply and standardize metadata, tags, and asset attributes to improve discoverability and governance Assist in developing naming conventions and asset management standards Document best practices for asset uploads, organization, maintenance, and ongoing governance Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy across large volumes of content Collaborate with product, content, and platform stakeholders on asset management initiatives Contribute to building a media library that supports future AI and automation use cases What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Comfortable working through repetitive, high-volume review and QA tasks Organized and methodical approach to managing information Strong written communication and documentation skills Interest in content operations, digital asset management, information architecture, or product operations Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Nice to Have Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms such as Cloudinary, Bynder, Brandfolder, or similar tools Experience working with metadata, tagging systems, taxonomies, or content management platforms Interest in AI, content organization, or digital experience platforms What You'll Gain Hands-on experience with enterprise digital asset management practices Exposure to taxonomy design, metadata governance, and content operations Experience working on a large-scale content cleanup and transformation initiative Opportunity to collaborate with product and technology teams in a fast-paced digital environment Practical understanding of how structured content supports AI, search, and personalization initiatives This internship is ideal for students interested in content operations, information management, digital marketing operations, product operations, or digital experience platforms.
