      "value": "<strong>The Role</strong><br>Lyceum is building critical European GPU infrastructure, and that takes capital - equity, debt, and everything in between. As Capital Markets Associate, you'll focus on sourcing, structuring, and closing capital across the stack: venture equity, asset-backed lending, project finance, and strategic co-investment. You'll work directly with the CFO to build relationships with investors, lenders, and institutional partners, and you'll own the analytical backbone of every capital raise.<br><br><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Source and manage relationships with equity investors (VC, growth, sovereign wealth), debt providers (banks, infra funds, asset-backed lenders), and strategic partners</li><li>Build and maintain detailed financial models for fundraising: DCFs, LBO-style returns analyses, project finance models for GPU infrastructure</li><li>Structure and negotiate term sheets, credit facilities, and co-investment arrangements</li><li>Own the data room, investor materials, and due diligence process for all capital raises</li><li>Monitor capital markets for relevant financing opportunities, benchmark Lyceum's capital structure against peers, and advise on optimal timing and instruments</li><li>Support grant and subsidy applications (e.g. IPCEI, EU Innovation Fund) where relevant</li></ul><br>"
