    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Tulsa, OK</p>\n<p>💰<strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $90.00/hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EXPLEO GROUP USA is seeking a consultant-level<strong> Stress Engineer </strong>(Level 5) to deliver advanced structural analysis and high-level technical expertise across aerospace programs.</p>\n<p>This role is suited for an experienced engineer who can work independently on complex problems, while influencing engineering decisions and contributing to technical excellence.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform advanced static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis</li>\n <li>Lead development and validation of FEM models for complex structures</li>\n <li>Generate, review, and approve detailed stress analysis reports</li>\n <li>Validate Strength Check Notes (SCNs) and structural compliance</li>\n <li>Provide technical leadership within IPTs and support critical engineering decisions</li>\n <li>Review and challenge engineering assumptions and design changes</li>\n <li>Support cross-functional teams and factory operations</li>\n <li>Contribute to continuous improvement and technical development initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited preferred)</li>\n <li>14+ years of aerospace stress engineering experience</li>\n <li>Strong Boeing Defense program experience required</li>\n <li>5+ years of defense experience</li>\n <li>Deep expertise in static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in FEM tools and analysis methods</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of composite and metallic structures</li>\n <li>Proven ability to solve complex engineering challenges independently</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation ($90/hour)</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan</li>\n <li>Full health benefits</li>\n <li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n <li>High-impact technical role within critical aerospace programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Expleo</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position may require access to information subject to U.S. export‑control regulations (e.g., ITAR/EAR).
