    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>Machine Operators &nbsp;must have a strong understanding of the machines they work with and are responsible for ensuring our company produces on-time quality parts for our customers. In-depth training may be required to prepare a Machine Operator for their daily duties. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to start and stop the machine safely without supervision.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to place unfinished parts and remove finished parts from machine safely.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Monitor machine operation.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Check part quality with designated measurement instruments. Understand when and how to stop machine safely.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist in the maintenance, and repair of machinery.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Operate tools and machinery to aid the manufacturing process.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform periodic checks on equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Oversee the machine while executing tasks and make necessary adjustments to improve results. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Produce quality parts according to manufacturing targets and schedules as directed by the Plant Manager.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Record all machine actions and log completed parts for record keeping.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assume responsibility for ensuring the duties of this position are performed in a safe and efficient manner.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Keep a clean and orderly work area.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Plant Manager.&nbsp;</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be willing to learn and improve to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>High school diploma or GED required. Adequate work experience may be substituted in lieu of diploma or GED.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Willingness to follow written or oral work instructions and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.&nbsp;</p><p>PREFERRED SKILLS</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Familiarity of various manufacturing tools and machinery including but not limited to facers, lathes, CNC&rsquo;s, and other mechanical machinery.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to work well with others, be organized and detail-oriented.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Willingness to work in shifts that may include early or late hours, weekends, or overtime if necessary.&nbsp;</p><p>ADDITIONAL NOTES</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Satisfactory pre-employment drug testing is required.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.</p><p><br></p><p>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS</p><p><br></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>After 30 days of employment, employee is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick pay, vacation accruals, and 401(k).&nbsp;</p><p><br></p></div></div></div>\n",
