We have physical locations in Gorham, ME, Nashua, NH, and Hamburg, Germany.</p><p><br></p><p>Our Nashua, NH location is searching for a <strong>Field Service Engineer</strong> who can install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex equipment and systems at customer sites worldwide, ensuring proper operation. On-site training on Nashua. NH will be required before deploying into the field.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate for the Programming Engineer position will have experience with Allen Bradly PLC/Automation programming and a background working in high-power maintenance roles. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p>· <strong>Travel</strong></p><p>This position will require a minimum of 50% travel to customer sites worldwide. You will be working with customers over the phone and on-site.</p><p>· <strong>Installation:</strong></p><p>Setting up and installing new equipment, systems, and hardware at customer locations worldwide.</p><p>· <strong>Maintenance &amp; Repair:</strong></p><p>Performing routine maintenance, diagnosing faults, and repairing industrial microwaves.</p><p>· <strong>Troubleshooting:</strong></p><p>Identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operation of equipment.</p><p>· <strong>Customer Support:</strong></p><p>Communicating with clients, training them on equipment operation, and providing on-site support. Establish positive working relationships and provide consultative services with clients to strengthen partnerships and penetrate business opportunities.</p><p>· <strong>Documentation:</strong></p><p>Writing service reports and keeping records of equipment problems, maintenance activities, and parts used.</p><p>· <strong>Factory Assistance</strong></p><p>Assist in the manufacturing area building industrial microwave equipment.</p>",
