We sponsor community-driven events throughout the year and encourage our partners and team members to become actively involved in volunteerism.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>What you will be doing</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Design, implement, and support local and wide area networks with minimal supervision remotely and on site</li><li>Design, implement, and support Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments remotely and on site</li><li>Manage client relationships through regular check-ins, planning meetings, and proactive support</li><li>Coordinate with other team members to complete work as required by clients</li><li>Lead technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and expectations are met</li><li>Perform network assessments, compliance reviews, and develop strategic IT plans</li><li>Act as primary engineer for assigned clients and a Secondary Engineer for others, serving as a reliable technical point of contact</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and help evolve our service offerings</li><li>Provide after-hours emergency support and planned maintenance as needed</li><li>Meet billable hour targets through project, support, and recurring work</li><li>Regularly travel to CT based client locations to troubleshoot problems or deploy hardware and software</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>What you must&nbsp;have</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Associate degree in Computer Networking or related field from an accredited college or university and/or equivalent years of experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum five years&rsquo; experience working in a Microsoft Server Environment required</li><li>Minimum five years experience managing SMB business network environments</li><li>Experience managing Microsoft 365 Environments</li><li>Microsoft server/M365 certifications or willingness to obtain them</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license (or equivalent legal authorization to operate a vehicle)</li><li>Must have access to reliable transportation to travel to various office and client locations as required</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\">Whittlesey is dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, so we encourage you to apply even if you feel you may not be an exact fit.
