This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary: $20- $25/hr DOE </p>\n<p>Shift: 4am-4pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Interpretation of internal and client requirements</li>\n <li>Supervising allocated staff and being responsible for the day to day management of the relevant discipline</li>\n <li>Operating complex mechanical testing equipment</li>\n <li>Maintaining accurate and systematic records</li>\n <li>Performing other duties to fulfil the demands of the laboratory</li>\n <li>Performing general duties in accordance with Element's internal procedures, quality as well as Health and Safety system</li>\n <li>Application of instrumentation and the setting up of complex data capture equipment</li>\n <li>Report writing, data interpretation and analysis</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills / Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Educated to a good general standard including English and Maths</li>\n <li>Degree level or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant materials related discipline</li>\n <li>Hands-on job</li>\n <li>Sound mechanical bias</li>\n <li>Previous experience in an appropriate Engineering environment is a distinct advantage</li>\n <li>Experience of working within a Mechanical testing environment is advantageous</li>\n <li>An understanding of a recognised Quality Management Systems such as ISO 17025 is beneficial</li>\n <li>Self motivated Technician with the ability to multi task, organise and work under the pressure of a busy commercial mechanical test laboratory</li>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>A team player attitude</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
