font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Role Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">As an Integration Specialist at Axya, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining integrations between the Axya platform and external systems such as ERP, CRM, supplier systems, and other third-party tools.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between Axya and external platforms (ERP, CRM, supplier systems, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Configure and support API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather integration requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, data synchronization errors, and API failures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support customer onboarding by helping configure and validate integrations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Document integration workflows, technical configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor integration performance and reliability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">2–5 years of experience in system integrations, technical implementation, or solutions engineering.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, or middleware platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
