Our BI team empowers operational and executive leadership with actionable insights across functions including clinical performance, financial planning, marketing analytics, and patient experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of business intelligence solutions that inform strategic and tactical decision-making. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, RCM, Finance, Clinical Quality, Marketing, IT) to translate business needs into analytical solutions. The BI Manager will also oversee a small team of analysts and ensure data quality, governance, and ongoing refinement of reporting practices.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Data & Insights Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of BI projects, dashboards, and reports supporting key performance indicators (KPIs).</li>\n <li>Translate business questions into analytical requirements and BI solutions for operational and executive teams.</li>\n <li>Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand needs and deliver</li>\n <li>Act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities to leverage data for improved outcomes and efficiency.</li>\n <li>Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and user acceptance testing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical & Analytical Execution</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports using BI platforms (Power BI and SAS).</li>\n <li>Guide data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure reliable, accurate data pipelines.</li>\n <li>Perform root-cause analysis and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve performance in areas such as patient volume, revenue cycle, office productivity, and marketing ROI.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership & Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and mentor BI analysts and data specialists; provide coaching, performance feedback, and training.</li>\n <li>Establish standards, best practices, and documentation for BI processes and team practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Governance & Quality</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Champion data governance, ensuring consistency in metrics definitions and data integrity across systems.</li>\n <li>Monitor BI solution adoption and usage; iterate and improve to enhance value and user satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Strategy & Continuous Improvement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Contribute to the BI and analytics roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.</li>\n <li>Evaluate and recommend enhancements to BI tools, processes, and architecture.</li>\n <li>Stay current with Power BI features, healthcare analytics trends, and data visualization best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles — preferably in healthcare or large multi-site operations.</li>\n <li>3-5 years of experience in managerial leadership</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SAS software, Sequel Silver,Tableau etc</li>\n <li>Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases and ETL frameworks.</li>\n <li>Strong Excel skills</li>\n <li>Experience leading analytics projects and delivering insights to senior leadership.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into narrative reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior management experience with mentoring and performance management.</li>\n <li>SAS enterprise and ETL experience.</li>\n <li>Healthcare operations experience (revenue cycle, clinical, marketing analytics).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with enterprise data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern data stack tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO)</li>\n <li>Career development and training opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
