Dates will be discussed in interview.<br><br><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Set up and oversee event structures and activities at events</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized experiential marketing presence and manage onsite staff</li><li>Present a positive image, embody leadership qualities, and promote with confidence, knowledge, and enthusiasm</li><li>Oversee distribution of prizing and branded giveaways</li><li>Communicate regularly with Fuse management</li><li>Uphold strict punctuality for yourself and team to scheduled events</li><li>Complete event recaps, expense reports and equipment inventories immediately after each event</li></ul><p><br><b><strong>Skills and Education Requirements:</strong></b><br>You may be a good fit to be an Experiential Marketing Manager if:</p><ul><li>You are a knowledgeable and enthusiastic</li><li>You possess the ability to engage with a wide range of people  </li><li>You are high energy, fun, personable, with a sense of humor</li><li>You are comfortable driving a 26-foot box truck in city traffic</li><li>You can make decisions on the fly</li><li>Organization is critical to you</li><li>You’re a highly motivated and skilled communicator</li><li>You sweat the details and work hard to make sure everything is executed according to plan</li><li>You can work long hours and perform manual labor</li><li>You can lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs.</li><li>You are mechanically inclined and can assemble event site structures using basic power and hand tools</li><li>You are confident, productive, and professional</li><li>You have prior leadership, experiential marketing, promotion, and/or brand ambassador experience</li><li>You have access to a computer and smartphone</li></ul><p><br><b><strong>The pay range for this position is $1400 - $1600 per week, depending on experience, plus travel per diem.</strong></b><br><br><b><strong>Other</strong></b><br>Fuse reserves the right to conduct background checks such as criminal and driving record checks for relevant roles.<br><br><em>Fuse is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to attracting and retaining a diverse staff.  We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
