This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, proactively identifying talent needs, developing sourcing strategies, and delivering high-quality candidate pipelines.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As a key ambassador of the Komline brand, the Senior Corporate Recruiter ensures a best-in-class candidate experience while driving efficient, compliant, and data-informed hiring practices.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long-term talent strategies&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and talent pipelining&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform hiring strategies&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize data, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting tools to identify, engage, and track top candidates&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates;
