      "Value": "<strong>Elevator Worker – Rensselaer (Parr), IN</strong><br>This is a full-time, hourly level position.<br><br><strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><br>Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;<ul dir=\"ltr\"><li>Dump and load railcars and trucks</li><li>Operate a grain dryer</li><li>Assist with grain handling</li><li>General housekeeping duties</li><li>General maintenance, as needed&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><strong>Job Requirements:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;<br>To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:&nbsp;<ul dir=\"ltr\"><li>One-year minimum grain handling experience</li><li>Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures , as well as a commitment to uphold the ADM Code of Conduct</li><li>High school education or equivalent preferred</li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li><li>Valid Driver’s License *</li><li>Exhibit regular and prompt attendance</li><li>Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), move up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to wear a respirator</li><li>Willing to work overtime and weekends, if needed</li><li>Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed</li><li>Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude</li><li>Ability to&nbsp; work near or around dry/liquid fertilizers</li><li>Ability to operate power industrial equipment</li><li>Barge loading (for Barge/Terminal locations)</li><li>Deck Handing (for Barge/Terminal locations)</li><li>Ability to work near or on water (for Barge/Terminal locations)&nbsp;</li></ul>ADM requires the successful completion of&nbsp;a&nbsp;background check.&nbsp;<br><br>REF:110166BR",
