          "text": "<p><strong>Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem Mental Health Worker Positions are currently available.<br /><br /><br />Job Description:</strong><br /><br />The Mental Health Worker is responsible for monitoring patients and provides basic nursing care to all patients under RN supervision, supports therapeutic milieu and ensures the safety and well-being of patients. Carry out general nursing assistance necessary to the treatment of adult patients as assigned.<br /><br /><br /><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br /><br />Patient Care: Monitor patients&apos; progress, communicate information regarding patients to other members of the treatment team. Encourages and facilitates patients&apos; participation in therapeutic activities, supervises patients to ensure their safety and involvement in treatment and provide input during shift report.<br /><br />Patient Attendant: Assists patients in carrying out activities of daily living. Maintains a safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for patients.<br /><br />Patient Records: Maintain patient, program, department, and related documentation. Carry out clerical and administrative assignments to support patient care and department and organization operations.</p><p>Training Activities: Complete orientation and competency assessments as required for position. Participate in activities enhancing professional growth and development.</p><p>Other Duties: Upholds the Organization&apos;s ethics and customer service standards.
