Come join us!</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Basic Function</u></strong>: &nbsp;Clean and maintain carpets and floors throughout the property&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Work Performed</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p><ol><li>Shampoo carpets using extractor as scheduled and as necessary&nbsp;</li><li>Clean, strip and seal floors as scheduled and as necessary</li><li>Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained</li><li>Repair equipment as necessary or report repairs needed to engineering or Managers&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure proper use of all chemicals used in the cleaning process</li><li>Maintain daily log of shampoo work done&nbsp;</li><li>Assists other housekeeping staff as necessary</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ol><p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p><p>High school diploma or GED, and/or equivalent work experience. &nbsp; Must be comfortable communicating with guests and staff with Basic English. &nbsp; Attention to detail and able to multi-task many priorities. &nbsp;Self motivated, ability to work with little supervision and organized. &nbsp; Must be dependable. &nbsp;Prior floor care experience desired.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p><p>75% walking and standing&nbsp;</p><p>25% bending, pushing and pulling</p><p>Lifting/Carrying up to 75 lbs.</p><p>Hearing and Manual dexterity</p><p>Use of cleaning solutions occasionally</p><p>Ability to work in all types of weather conditions</p><p>Ability to drive golf cart&nbsp;</p></div></div></div>\n",
