Work and balance multiple bulletin assignments Troubleshoot, analyze, and determine rework direction by utilizing standard engineering and scientific principles. Represent the organization in providing solutions to technical issues associated with specific anomalies to GA-ASI. Read and understand engineering drawings, bill of materials, specifications, technical documents, and technical publications. Research all applicable GA and customer databases related to bulletin development and closure (Sharepoint, WindChill, REMIS, SAP, COLTS). Review bulletins prior to stakeholder review and signature approval. Obtain stakeholder concurrence and approval for bulletin release and closures. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Perform other duties as assigned. Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
