Our team of physicians, nurses, anesthesiologists, and staff are dedicated to ensuring that patients can improve their quality of life with pain relief that involves the use of cutting-edge technology.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities</strong>:&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Provide comprehensive multi-disciplinary pain management care and may supervise ARNPs/Physician Assistant(s).&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Create a safe, balanced, and patient focused approach to pain management and treatment plan.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Evaluate patients for medical concerns i.e., injury, disease, chronic pain, or a disabling condition) and assesses the physical and mental condition of patients by performing and obtaining comprehensive or problem-focused physical examinations and medical histories.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Determine and order appropriate diagnostic radiology exams.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Determine and implement appropriate treatment plans for patients providing relief from chronic pain using medications, nerve blocks, electrical stimulation, or other therapies directed towards treating chronic pain.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Procedures primarily performed in nearby Outpatient Single Specialty Surgery Center with staff familiar with chronic pain procedures.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Orders, collects, interprets, and evaluates laboratory and other diagnostic tests to assess patient problems Doctor and health care needs.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Maintains (accurately, timely and complete) appropriate Electronic Health records detailing the patient&rsquo;s treatment plans and outcomes. Initiates timely consultation and referral when the problem exceeds scope of practice and/or expertise.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Monitors ongoing progress and health of patients, and changes treatment plans, as necessary.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Provides adaptive tools to improve the overall health and physical functioning of patients.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Counsel patients and families regarding medical processes, management of the health condition, medication, nutrition, and health promotion.
