This role will be responsible for assessing existing training content, developing and delivering engaging learning experiences, and measuring training effectiveness through data-driven analysis. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with behavior-change methodologies and can align training initiatives to business objectives and risk reduction outcomes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a 6 month contract</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits:• Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Employer-Paid Life Insurance• Employer-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance• 401(k) • Paid Time Off (PTO) that includes Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, and 11 Paid Holidays• Educational Assistance</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary: 107k-122k based on years of experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>**Can be 100% remote in TX, VA, MD, DC, or FL**</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click here to learn about BRMi's culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click here to see BRMi’s Glassdoor reviews</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Training Assessment & Alignment\n  <ul>\n   <li>Review and evaluate existing security awareness and training content.</li>\n   <li>Audit vendor-provided materials and map content to target audiences and business objectives.</li>\n   <li>Identify gaps in current learning programs and recommend improvements.</li>\n   <li>Align training initiatives with organizational risk management goals and desired employee behaviors.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Program Design & Development\n  <ul>\n   <li>Develop comprehensive training roadmaps and implementation plans.</li>\n   <li>Create engaging training modules, simulations, and learning materials.</li>\n   <li>Apply adult learning principles and behavior change methodologies to course design.</li>\n   <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content supports business and security objectives.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Training Deployment & Execution\n  <ul>\n   <li>Coordinate and deliver training programs across multiple audiences.</li>\n   <li>Facilitate workshops, presentations, and virtual learning sessions.</li>\n   <li>Manage training schedules, communications, and participant engagement activities.</li>\n   <li>Support rollout logistics and stakeholder coordination throughout implementation.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Measurement & Continuous Improvement\n  <ul>\n   <li>Establish baseline metrics and success criteria for training initiatives.</li>\n   <li>Design and administer surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.</li>\n   <li>Analyze results to measure behavior change, engagement, and program effectiveness.</li>\n   <li>Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data and performance outcomes.</li>\n   <li>Track trends and report on training impact to leadership and key stakeholders.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Factors, Communications, Cybersecurity, or a related field.</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience developing and delivering training programs.</li>\n <li>Experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk management, behavior change, or security culture initiatives.</li>\n <li>Strong background in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.</li>\n <li>Experience creating learning content using modern training development tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to align training programs with business objectives and measurable outcomes.</li>\n <li>Experience designing surveys, assessments, and program effectiveness measurements.</li>\n <li>Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Preferred Qualifications\n  <ul>\n   <li>Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity awareness programs.</li>\n   <li>Knowledge of human risk management frameworks and security behavior principles.</li>\n   <li>Familiarity with phishing simulations, security culture assessments, and behavior analytics.</li>\n   <li>Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).</li>\n   <li>Certifications such as CPTD, ATD, CISSP, Security+, or related credentials.</li>\n   <li>Experience working with third-party training vendors and content providers.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>** BRMi will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.**</strong></p>\n<p><strong>**This is a W2 opportunity only**</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled </strong></p>\n<p>We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and commitment at all levels.
