Reporting to the Regional Branch Director, you will be responsible for program planning and implementation, and monitoring activities related to home care service delivery.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Prepare monthly schedules for nursing field staff, understanding available resources and keeping quality at the forefront of all resource utilization decisions</li><li>Develop and deliver educational initiatives that support the ongoing development and professional growth of nursing teams</li><li>Lead program development and design clinical workflows that support new models of care delivery for target populations</li><li>Collaborate with operations leadership and system partners to leverage clinical expertise in advancing program design and service delivery</li><li>Lead or assist with the integration of client satisfaction initiatives, ensuring all referred client concerns and complaints are satisfactorily addressed and documented in a timely manner</li><li>Address quality, safety, and risk management issues in collaboration with key stakeholders, including the development of improvement plans</li></ul>",
