You should be:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong communicator (verbal and written)</li>\n<li>Kind, approachable, and compassionate</li>\n<li>Confident in managing challenging situations</li>\n<li>A good listener</li>\n<li>Passionate about helping others</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<p>This is a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">self-employed position</span>, providing flexibility to work around your current commitments.</p>\n<p>You will be registered with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A Class Connect</span>, an introductory care service connected to the award-winning<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A Class Care Group</span>.</p>\n<p>If your application is successful:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DBS check</span><span> </span>will be arranged – a £70 fee to cover the cost of the DBS is required</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training may be available</span><span> </span>through our sister company<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ACC Training</span><span> </span>(subject to availability).</li>\n<li>You would be required to have your own public liability insurance</li>\n</ul>",
