This role coordinates closely with other club departments to ensure the seamless execution of banquets, private events, and member functions. The Director leads by consistently upholding the 3-steps of service, which include warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Additionally, this role supervises, trains, and develops the banquet team, ensuring adherence to Invited’s service standards while maintaining a high level of service quality.</p><p><span><strong><u>Day-to-Day</u></strong></span></p><ul><li>Hire, train, and manage banquet service personnel, ensuring compliance with club procedures and performance management guidelines.</li><li>Implement various training programs, including required training and service training, to uphold Invited’s service standards and drive service excellence, member satisfaction, and retention.</li><li>Oversee the scheduling of banquet staff, managing labor costs while making adjustments based on event needs and staffing changes.</li><li>Ensure accurate timekeeping by monitoring staff hours and adherence to the timekeeping policy, verifying both employee and supervisor approvals.</li><li>Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms, ensuring they align with event function sheets and reservations details.</li><li>Coordinate with the Event Sales Director to ensure proper staffing and seamless execution of private functions.</li><li>Lead the execution of food and beverage service for events, ensuring adherence to Invited’s standards of service and excellence.</li><li>Oversee banquet and event operations, ensuring food is served promptly and to standard.</li><li>Conduct post-event follow-ups with host to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues through service recovery.</li><li>Handle event payments and related paperwork, adhering to club accounting processes.</li><li>Document tasks and important details in the MOD log to ensure smooth communication between shifts.</li><li>Greet members by name with a warm welcome, providing personalized service and fostering&nbsp; a positive atmosphere.</li><li>Ensure side work and housekeeping tasks are completed in line with service standards, maintaining organized and sanitary work areas.</li><li><p>Complete additional duties as assigned by management</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><strong><u>About you</u></strong>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><div><p>Required&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px;\">A high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px;\">A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Club environment or Food &amp; Beverage industry.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px;\">Completion of all food &amp; beverage online training modules: Service Training, Host Training, Bartender Training, Server Assistant Training, Banquet Server Training, Beverage Cart Attendant Training, Kitchen, Employee Training, F&amp;B Refresh Training, Culinary Safety, Food Safety, and Alcohol Safety.</li></ul><p>Preferred&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px;\">Bachelor’s degree.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px;\">Experience handling highly confidential material such as member and employee data.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px;\">Proficient in computer skills, including spreadsheet software, with strong communication abilities and demonstrated leadership skills</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;</p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><u>What We Offer:</u></strong></p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">We believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
