This position is responsible for assisting with the installation of primary and secondary underground conduit systems, setting pad mount transformers and pedestals, installing and pulling URD cable, and supporting terminations, grounding, and related infrastructure work. The role requires the ability to read and follow utility prints and staking sheets while maintaining strict adherence to safety procedures when working around energized utility systems.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>URD Lineman / Apprentice Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Install primary and secondary underground electrical conduit systems</li><li>Set pad mount transformers, pedestals, and switch cabinets</li><li>Install and pull URD cable</li><li>Assist with terminations, elbows, and grounding</li><li>Read and follow utility prints and staking sheets</li><li>Maintain safe work practices around energized utility infrastructure</li><li>Work efficiently with crew members and equipment operators</li></ul><p><strong>Equipment Operator Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Operators needed for:</p><ul><li>Mini Excavator</li><li>Skid Steer</li><li>Trencher</li></ul><p>Operators must be capable of precision trenching for underground utilities and safely working around existing infrastructure.</p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Trenching for primary and secondary conduit</li><li>Excavation for transformer pads and pedestals</li><li>Operating equipment safely around existing utilities</li><li>Assisting crew members when needed</li><li>Performing daily equipment inspections</li></ul>",
