Develop, implement, and maintain program policies, procedures, and documentation in collaboration with leadership.
Track, analyze, and report program outcomes, compliance requirements, and performance metrics using electronic health records and internal systems.
Manage housing rosters, participant communications related to violations or move‑outs, and Emotional Support Animal (ESA) documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, funders, and internal teams to enhance coordination and participant access to services.
Participate in budgeting, contract monitoring, and funding compliance, communicating risks or changes to leadership.
Actively advance Avivo’s commitment to undoing racism and reducing disparities by leading culturally responsive, inclusive practices and supporting team development in these areas.
Schedule
Full‑time, exempt role with a 32‑hour workweek , supporting strong work‑life balance.
Typically Monday–Friday, daytime hours, with flexibility to meet program needs.
Occasional evenings/weekends and participation in an on‑call rotation may be required.
