    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\">Job Title: Intern - EDI Specialist&nbsp;</p><p>Job Summary: Verify data in Plex, in charge of correcting and standardize the Plex operation and provide training to guarantee the accuracy of the system.&nbsp;</p><p>Job Functions:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Take part in organizing and analyzing the abnormal data from PRP/MRP, to guarantee reduce of abnormal data &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Check, monitor and report the maintenance of Plex data regularly &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor the on-time close for orders and records in Plex, increase the accuracy of PRP/MRP &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze planning and inventory data regularly and provide proper suggestions &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Create and revise MRP work instruction and management method, monitor execute status for each department &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Support fixing abnormal situation for each department when using Plex, and improve the using process &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>MRP and Plex modules training &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Improve use of MRP module, increase working efficiency for planner &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Evaluation for the feasibility of Plex data update plan (whether related update will affect MRP operation) &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Confirmation of new material planning attribute &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Evaluation for the feasibility of Plex data update plan ( related update will affect MRP operation) &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Timely completion and report of matters assigned by superiors &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Know about the environment factors, dangerous source and their control method &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Execute and implement integrated management system regulation and documentation &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Classification of scrap and waste from this job &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in other responsibilities &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Nothing in the Position Description restricts management&#39;s right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time &nbsp;</li></ul><p>Qualifications&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>&nbsp;Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin.
