    "requisitionDescription": "<div><h1 id=\"isPasted\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></h1><p>The&nbsp;Social Media/Graphic Designer Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating visually appealing content, and managing the overall online presence of our brand.&nbsp;</p><h1><strong>Duties ad Responsibilities</strong></h1><p><strong>Social Media Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our platforms.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Create and curate engaging content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.</li><li>Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices</li></ul><p><strong>Graphic Design:</strong></p><ul><li>Design visually appealing and cohesive graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and other promotional materials.</li><li>Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual assets.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and effective designs that align with overall marketing goals.</li><li>Stay informed about design trends and technologies, integrating innovative ideas into graphic content.</li></ul><p><strong>Analytics and Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.</li><li>Provide regular reports on social media performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.</li><li>Use analytics to adjust and optimize social media strategies based on data-driven insights.</li></ul><h1><strong>SKILLS &amp; REQUIREMENTS</strong></h1><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. &nbsp;The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Required Experience and Education:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Three to five years experience of Social Media Management and Graphic Design.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li></ul><p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, follow through, and commitment to quality.</li><li>Dynamic and creative mindset</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Must be able to&nbsp;multitask and&nbsp;adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;time management and prioritizing skills.</li><li>Must be able to demonstrate high levels of professionalism.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.</li></ul></div>\n",
