This employee works closely with the Facility Maintenance Manager, Superintendent and Supervisor.&nbsp; Preform all facility maintenance duties as requested by Supervisor or Management.&nbsp;Stay abreast of current technology in regard to job duties.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Key </strong></span><span><strong>Accountabilities</strong></span><span><strong>:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Perform routine maintenance on industrial grade manufacturing equipment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Possess ability to follow written instructions found on PM work orders.</span></li>\n <li><span>Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience working with 110-480V systems; AC &amp; DC control systems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong PLC Programming skills and experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose and correct&nbsp;electrical problems with manufacturing machinery and industrial plant equipment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot problems on an individual and group level.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide verbal feedback to management, mechanics, and machine operators about downtime root causes, repair progress status, and process improvement opportunities on the manufacturing and shop floor.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Possess the writing skills to track and report daily maintenance activities, update PM work orders, and complete maintenance-related paperwork.</span></li>\n <li><span>Interpret and make repairs using service manuals.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficient at multi-tasking, recognizing priorities, and working with minimal supervision.</span></li>\n <li><span>Welding – TIG, MIG, Stick, etc.&nbsp;Stainless/Sanitary helpful, but not required.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be safety conscious and follow all safety policies and procedures.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in\"><span><strong>Knowledge and Experience:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>High School Diploma or GED Certification.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in facility Maintenance preferred.</span></li>\n <li><span>Mechanical or trade school certification (preferred)&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Work typically performed in a temperature-controlled environment. Associates work in departments which may range in temperature from 80˚to –20˚ F. In cases of temperature outside the norm, Personal Protective Equipment is provided.</span></li>\n <li><span>Associates may be required to work at second- or third-story levels when performing work in conveyable selection systems</span></li>\n <li><span>Workday is fast paced; evening and weekend work may be required.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead and to work in or under the equipment.&nbsp; Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties</span></li>\n <li><span>Potential exposure exists to high voltage current, welding equipment, vehicle and equipment lubricants and solvents</span><span>.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Must provide own tools.</span></li>\n <li><span>Possess working knowledge with electrical lift trucks, and warehouse building systems and repairs.</span></li>\n <li><span>Possess working knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems(preferred).</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to operate work related equipment such as maintenance related power equipment and hand tools, forklifts and pallet jacks and diagnostic equipment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to learn and follow Company and Distribution Center policies regarding safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks, maintenance related power equipment and hand tools.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to learn and follow Distribution Center paperwork policies and procedures encompassing Purchase Orders, Parts Requisitions and Inventory and Maintenance Orders.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to read and comprehend all labeling on hazardous materials and equipment in the facility.</span></li>\n <li><span>Journeyman and MHE experience preferred</span></li>\n <li><span>Conveyor &nbsp;experience(a plus)</span></li>\n <li><span>Ammonia refrigeration experience (BIG PLUS)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Physical Environment:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></span></p>\n<p><span>Interested candidates are encouraged to apply at http://</span><a href=\"http://www.AlbertsonsCompanies.com/Careers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span>www.AlbertsonsCompanies.com/Careers</span></a></p>",
