    "description": "<p>Job Summary:<br />\r\nIncumbent assists the classroom teacher in providing service in meeting the Individualized Education Plan goals of a child with a disability.<br />\r\nMajor Responsibilities/Activities:<br />\r\n&bull; Collaborate with Disability/Mental Health Specialist to identify children with disabilities.<br />\r\n&bull; Participate on the Multidisciplinary Individualized Education Program (IEP) Committee.<br />\r\n&bull; Attend scheduled IEP Committee Meetings.<br />\r\n&bull; Provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities in all settings.<br />\r\n&bull; Implement IEP goals, following teacher established lesson plans.<br />\r\n&bull; Assist teaching staff with observation records of the children they are assigned.<br />\r\n&bull; Assist teaching staff with lesson plan activities for the children that they are assigned.<br />\r\n&bull; Rotate within a center, working with children in different classrooms.<br />\r\n&bull; Provide support to classroom teaching staff to maintain ratio of 20:2 for four year olds and 17:2 for three year olds.<br />\r\n&bull; Assist teaching staff with diapering and potty training.<br />\r\n&bull; Perform other duties assigned.</p>\r\n",
