The CMO will have a strong ability to use data in creating marketing strategies, evaluating results and increasing the overall effectiveness of our marketing efforts.</p><h1 data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><u>Education and/or Experience Requirements</u></span></h1><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required. Masters degree preferred. Additional marketing certifications are a plus.</li><li>Experience working with a financial institution highly preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>10 years experience in marketing/public relations field including leading a team required.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, &amp; Hubspot</li><li>In-depth knowledge of big data analysis</li><li>Experience in managing agency relationships required.</li><li>Familiar with rules and regulations applicable to credit unions.</li><li>High degree of integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy of information.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize while meeting established deadlines.</li><li>Excellent verbal ,written communication , and time management skills</li><li>Ability to interface well with Credit Union personnel and Board members, credit union members and community leaders.</li><li>Experience with common office software, including developing and maintaining reports.</li><li>Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate early or late meetings, special events, weekend activities.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Other Job Requirements</u></strong></p><p>Must be available to work weekends, evenings and on call availability to assist with auditing needs.</p><p>Cobalt Credit Union, based in Papillion, Nebraska, employs over 250 team members throughout our twenty locations. &nbsp;Cobalt Credit Union was established in 1946 to serve the military and we now offer our services to all community members within the counties that we serve. &nbsp; As a not-for-profit company, our mission is to be our members&#39; trusted financial partner providing tailored solutions to support them throughout their life events. &nbsp;As an organization we believe in developing our employees through ongoing training and individualized coaching. &nbsp;We are a family-oriented culture who cares about our employees and we pride ourselves on offering our employees growth opportunities within the organization. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>Equal Opportunity Employer/Vet/Disabled</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
