    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>\n &nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in setting up and operating CNC and/or manual machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders.</li>\n <li>Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to produce accurate parts.</li>\n <li>Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.</li>\n <li>Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work area.</li>\n <li>Monitor machine operations and report any issues to senior machinists or supervisors.</li>\n <li>Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and quality.</li>\n <li>Learn and apply shop safety procedures and proper use of tools and equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>Completion of a machining, manufacturing, or technical program preferred.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of machining principles, mechanical aptitude, and use of hand tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.</li>\n <li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both orally and in writing</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.</li>\n</ul>",
