The Education Coach supports teachers on an on-going basis, based on need, through the implementation of evidence-informed coaching practices and an integrated coaching model.</span></span></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><strong><u><span style=\"color:#444444\">EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</span></u></strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#444444\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in the field of early childhood education, child and family development, curriculum development or related field required. Master&rsquo;s degree in related field is preferred.</span></span></li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#444444\">Minimum three years of experience in early childhood teaching, working with families.</span></span></li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#444444\">Minimum two years of staff training experience.</span></span></li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#444444\">Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) experience preferred.</span></span></li>\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#444444\">Experience with any of the following&nbsp;curricula highly preferred.&nbsp;
