Advancement to other positions is possible when availability allows.&nbsp;</p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Key Responsibilities</h2><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for maintaining the required quality of the shredded ICW product</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Remove large pieces of plastic</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Remove stainless steel</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Remove any non-conforming material&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keeps picking areas clean and orderly</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with cleanup duties at the end of production</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support continuous improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identifies different metals and sorts the various grades according to specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to all safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Candidate Profile</h2><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ideal candidates will demonstrate a proactive approach to work, a strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and grow.
