Handles and inspects finished product for defects and takes corrective action accordingly. &nbsp;Will work 3rd shift 12a-8:30a M-F.</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Read production schedules and product specifications.&nbsp; Performs initial setup on all molding machines including resin changes and mold insert/tag changes according to schedule requirements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Start machines by setting controls according to design configuration and process sheets.</span></li>\n <li><span>Performs first good part procedure.</span></li>\n <li><span>Stops equipment and clears jams.</span></li>\n <li>Performs dimensional checks of molded parts in accordance with test methods procedures and documents the results</li>\n <li>Performs daily quality controls inspections and checks and documents the results</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring compliance of product quality to meet the expectations of our customers</li>\n <li>Review production schedule and create batch documentation and labels</li>\n <li><span>Helps train new machine operators.</span></li>\n <li><span>Observes and listens to detect common equipment malfunction and takes corrective action (i.e. Perform minor repair or adjustment, contacts supervisor)&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Records all data such as weight, color, material type, insert/tag, machine cycle time, pressure, and temperature on process sheets and set-up sheets.</span></li>\n <li><span>Keeps blow mold room clean and organized.</span></li>\n <li><span>Keep informed of the latest OSHA and related safety procedures for the operation of equipment within the department.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensures that all non-conforming parts are identified, isolated, quarantined, and that hold tickets are issued.&nbsp; Participates in corrective action for all held products.</span></li>\n <li><span>Keeps all material and product handling equipment clean and assures that all work stations are clean and organized.</span></li>\n <li><span>Relieves personnel for breaks as required.</span></li>\n <li><span>Follows all safety rules and procedures and observes the operations to ensure a safe environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>High school graduate or equivalent</span></li>\n <li><span>Use and understanding of precision measuring instruments and gauges, specifications, charts and diagrams</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to accurately read measuring devices, blueprints, product specifications and test procedures</span></li>\n <li><span>Good hand/eye coordination and motor skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Computer skills are required, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office suite</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping.</span></li>\n <li><span>Good verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Experienced operating a forklift required</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to lift 20 lbs. – 30 lbs.</span></li>\n</ul>",
