We&#39;re interested in helping your career and adding to your resume because we know that happy employees lead to happier customers!</p><p><strong>Automotive Quick Lane Service Manager</strong></p><p>Mullinax Ford is looking to fill the role of Quick Lane Service Manager, which is responsible for ensuring that customers receive excellent service. We are seeking a first-rate candidate to help take our busy Quick Lane department to the next level and to join our multi-store enterprise. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Understanding customers&rsquo; needs to ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships</li><li>Keep up to date with new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required</li><li>Direct, supervise, and monitor performance of all direct report employees</li><li>Attracting, developing, and retaining talent</li><li>Engaging and motivating the team to meet performance expectations and goals</li><li>Ensure all parts, tools, and equipment is available and up to date for all team members to complete work</li><li>Ensure all employee&rsquo;s receive proper training</li><li>Track technician productivity</li><li>Responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the Quick Lane department</li><li>Assisting other departments</li><li>Follow all Company procedures and standards</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Expectations and Qualifications for this job:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Automotive Service Management experience</li><li>Ability to provide five-star customer service</li><li>Ability to set and achieve targeted goals</li><li>Team Leader (lead by example)</li><li>Results oriented</li><li>Problem solver with stability under pressure</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet browsers, email functions and ability to learn new software&nbsp;</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to pass background screening and drug test&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits package for full-time employees includes:</strong></p><ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans</li><li>Paid Basic Employer Life Insurance</li><li>Additional Supplemental Insurance</li><li>Wellness Program&nbsp;</li><li>401(k) Plan with match</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Employee Purchase Program</li><li>Training Programs&nbsp;</li></ul><p>We are a Drug Free Work Place and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
