Travel uplift, accommodations, and flights are provided or paid for by KBL.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Manage environmental remediation, reclamation, demolition, civil earthworks, and pipeline-related projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Prepare accurate project estimates, budgets, scopes, and forecasts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Ensure projects are executed in accordance with contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Monitor project performance related to safety, cost, schedule, productivity, profitability, and QA/QC.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Manage project costs, forecasting, documentation, progress billings, and change management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and client deliverables.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Maintain strong client relationships and communication throughout project execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Provide leadership in safety and mentor site supervisors in field reporting and job costing.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5–10 years of Project Management experience related to General Construction, Mining, Environmental Remediation/Reclamation, Earthworks, Demolition, or Oil &amp; Gas Construction projects.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of construction project management.</li>\n<li>Post-secondary education in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management or a related program is an asset.</li>\n<li>Experience managing projects in remote or northern environments is a definite asset.</li>\n<li>Strong estimating experience is considered a major asset.</li>\n<li>Technical writing experience, including reports and project documentation, is considered an asset.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently but also as part of a team</li>\n<li>Ability to travel a definite asset.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">This role may require a combination of office-based, remote, and on-site work depending on business needs.
