You’ll plan daily work, operate equipment, maintain lawns and gardens, support seasonal staff, and collaborate to ensure every property meets our high standards for appearance, safety, and care.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and supervise a seasonal crew of 5–10 grounds staff</li><li>Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, walkways, and drainage systems</li><li>Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, tractors, snow removal tools)</li><li>Assist with planting, pruning, seasonal clean-ups, and snow/ice control</li><li>Promote a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment</li></ul>",
