The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. This role includes leadership of project teams, oversight of contractors and consultants, and full accountability for project scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholder satisfaction. <em>This role is for a health care construction project and requires previous health care construction experience.</em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Here’s What You’ll be Responsible for:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee development of project plans including scope, budget, and schedule.</li>\n<li>Coordinate permits, insurance, bonding, SDI, and ensure contract documentation is complete.</li>\n<li>Ensure alignment of project deliverables with client expectations.</li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain baseline project schedule.</li>\n<li>Monitor progress, track delays, and issue necessary delay notices.</li>\n<li>Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.</li>\n<li>Prepare and manage project budgets and cost forecasts.</li>\n<li>Review and approve payment applications, invoices, and cost codes.</li>\n<li>Prepare monthly cost and construction management reports.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and present monthly Project Cost Reports (Recons).</span></li>\n<li>Ensure sub-trade and supplier accounts are reconciled.</li>\n<li>Manage changes, cash allowances, and project budget.</li>\n<li>Support tendering, selection, and award of subcontractor contracts.</li>\n<li>Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve performance issues, issuing timely notices where required.</li>\n<li>Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout project.</li>\n<li>Act as primary contact with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Lead client and consultant meetings and follow up on action items.</li>\n<li>Issue timely official notices as per the requirements of the prime contract.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and compliance.</li>\n<li>Enforce adherence to construction documents, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Oversee substantial performance applications, occupancy, deficiency tracking, warranty work, and total completion procedures.</li>\n<li>Champion company safety culture and practices.</li>\n<li>Ensure all safety policies and documentation are implemented and maintained.</li>\n<li>Set expectations and lead by example in safety-first behaviors.</li>\n<li>Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Coordinators.</li>\n<li>Delegate tasks, provide feedback, and support career development.</li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative and accountable project team environment.</li>\n<li>Conduct performance reviews and support staff development planning.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills and Attributes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to successfully manage construction projects.</span></li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ICI construction delivery methods, regulations, and best practices.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to resolve project disputes effectively in a timeline manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent presentation, verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to diagnose, analyze and develop solutions to complex issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks with conflicting deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent time management skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines.</span></li>\n<li>Financial and contractual acumen.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
