L’Opportunité Au sein de l’équipe logistique et en collaboration avec d’autres départements, vous soutiendrez la coordination des activités de distribution nationale, garantirez l’exactitude des mouvements de produits et assurerez une communication fluide avec les équipes internes ainsi qu’avec les partenaires externes. Votre contribution aidera à maintenir des opérations efficaces, un flux d’inventaire conforme et une amélioration continue de la fonction logistique. Vos Responsabilités Responsabilités Logistiques Principales Agir comme intermédiaire entre la planification, les partenaires logistiques et les équipes internes pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux expéditions, aux commandes et aux demandes. Saisir, valider et transmettre les commandes et leurs modifications dans l’ERP. Assurer le suivi des délais de livraison et communiquer de manière proactive l’état des expéditions aux parties prenantes. Répondre rapidement aux demandes du marketing, des ventes et des équipes opérationnelles. Coordonner les expéditions de commandes, y compris la préparation des documents et le soutien opérationnel quotidien. Maintenir une communication interne claire concernant les réceptions et les mouvements d’inventaire. Participer à des projets spéciaux comme des études de temps, des évaluations de coûts ou des lancements de produits dans de nouvelles provinces. Effectuer d’autres tâches liées à la logistique au besoin. Inventaire, Exactitude & Conformité Appuyer les décomptes cycliques, les enquêtes sur les écarts et la réconciliation des variances d’inventaire. Tenir un suivi précis des lots, des exigences de libération QA et de la préparation des produits pour l’expédition. Valider l’allocation des lots, la création d’expédition et l’exactitude des données dans l’ERP. Coordination des Entrepôts & Partenaires Externes Coordonner les activités entrantes et sortantes avec les entrepôts internes et externes. Surveiller les comptes de palettes, les problèmes de réception, les écarts d’inventaire et la préparation des expéditions; escalader et résoudre selon les besoins. Soutenir l’intégration, l’alignement et le suivi de la performance des partenaires d’entreposage et de logistique. Vérifier la conformité des préparations d’expédition (configurations de palettes, case‑pick/pallet‑pick, exigences d’étiquetage, exactitude des services documentés). Soutien Opérationnel & Exécution des Commandes Soutenir l’allocation et la libération des commandes pour les offices provinciaux et les clients. Suivre les flux de réapprovisionnement et les délais d’expédition pour assurer un service ponctuel. Travailler avec la planification et les achats sur les pénuries, les backorders et la disponibilité de production. Examiner les délais de transport, les exigences de transit et les horaires de chargement afin de garantir la fiabilité opérationnelle. Rapports, Systèmes & Amélioration Continue Maintenir des enregistrements précis dans l’ERP : statut des commandes, ajustements d’inventaire et documents d’expédition. Préparer des rapports opérationnels sur la ponctualité, les écarts et les niveaux de service logistiques. Soutenir la mise à jour des SOP, instructions de travail et documents de processus. Contribuer aux analyses de coûts et d’efficacité pour identifier des opportunités d’amélioration. Vous Excellez Dans : La communication bilingue anglais/français (oral et écrit) avec des clients et partenaires au Canada et aux États-Unis. La communication claire et la collaboration interfonctionnelle. La gestion des détails et le maintien d’une grande précision. Le travail autonome tout en contribuant à un environnement d’équipe. La gestion du stress et l’organisation sous pression. L’analyse d’informations, la résolution de problèmes et la formulation de recommandations. La communication fluide en français et en anglais. Ce Que Vous Apportez Études postsecondaires ou baccalauréat en logistique, chaîne d’approvisionnement, opérations ou domaine connexe (atout). 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en logistique, transport, coordination d’entrepôt ou service client. Expérience en création de documents logistiques et de transport. Aisance avec les systèmes ERP, WMS/TMS et solides compétences Excel. Expérience avec des outils de rapports/visualisation (Power BI, Tableau) — un atout. Capacité d’adaptation rapide dans une industrie dynamique et réglementée. The Opportunity As part of the logistics team and in collaboration with other departments, you will support the coordination of national distribution activities, ensure accurate product movement, and maintain strong communication with internal teams and external service providers. Your contributions will help drive efficient operations, compliant inventory flow, and continuous improvement across the logistics function. What You'll Do Core Logistics Responsibilities Liaise between planning, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve shipping, ordering, and inquiry issues. Enter, validate, and transmit orders and modifications through the ERP system. Follow up on delivery timelines and proactively communicate shipment statuses to stakeholders. Ensure timely responses to Marketing, Sales, and operational partners. Coordinate the shipping of orders, including document preparation and daily workflow support. Maintain internal communication regarding incoming goods and inventory movement. Participate in special projects such as operational time studies, cost evaluations, and new-province product launches. Perform other logistics-related duties as required. Inventory, Accuracy & Compliance Support cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliation of inventory variances. Maintain accurate tracking of lots, QA release requirements, and product readiness for shipment. Validate lot allocation, shipment creation, and data accuracy within the ERP system. Warehouse & External Partner Coordination Coordinate inbound and outbound activities with internal and external warehouse partners. Monitor pallet counts, receiving issues, inventory discrepancies, and shipment readiness; escalate and resolve when needed. Support onboarding, alignment, and performance monitoring of warehouse and logistics service providers. Validate shipment configurations such as pallet builds, case-pick/pallet-pick data, labeling requirements, and accuracy of documented services. Operational Support & Order Fulfillment Support order allocation and release for provincial boards and customer deliveries. Monitor replenishment flows and shipment deadlines to ensure on-time fulfillment. Coordinate with Planning and Procurement on shortages, backorders, and production readiness. Review freight timing, transit requirements, and loading schedules to support operational reliability. Reporting, Systems & Continuous Improvement Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, including order status, inventory adjustments, and shipment documentation. Prepare operational reports related to on-time performance, variances, and logistics service levels. Support updates to SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation. Contribute to cost and efficiency analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. You’re really good at: Bilingual English/French (oral and written) to collaborate with our clients and partners in Canada and the United States. Communicating clearly and creating strong cross-functional relationships. Managing details and maintaining high accuracy. Working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Staying calm and organized under pressure. Analyzing information, solving problems, and recommending solutions. Communicating fluently in French and English. What You Bring Post-secondary or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (asset). 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse coordination, or customer service. Experience creating logistics and transportation documentation. Comfort with ERP systems, WMS/TMS tools, and strong Excel capability. Experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an asset. Ability to adapt quickly within a dynamic, regulated industry. What You Should Know About the Job: Ability to attend ad-hoc meetings in Huntingdon is required. Some travel is required, based on operational needs.
