    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>What to Expect in the Role:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and review monthly accounting entries and account reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close and reporting&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including variance analysis and cash flow reporting</li>\n <li>Analyze financial results and key performance indicators across product lines to support operational decision-making</li>\n <li>Communicate financial results and insights to operations as well as executive leadership&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain and enhance internal control environment to ensure accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with company policies</li>\n <li>Manage accounts receivable processes, including monitoring aging and supporting collections&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Review and approve expenditures, including capital expenditures, ensuring compliance with company policies, approved budgets, and agricultural exemption guidelines</li>\n <li>Monitor inventory accounting processes including reviewing cycle counts to ensure accurate balances</li>\n <li>Prepare annual financial plan and ongoing forecasting in partnership with operational stakeholders&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Support audit process including internal, external, and sales tax audits</li>\n <li>Supervise and manage accounting support staff&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What We Will Be Needing From You:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>The individual should be a self-starter, detail oriented and organized.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization and with outside contacts.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years accounting experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Require previous experience managing various accounting functions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>CPA is a plus.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>JD Edwards experience is a plus.</li>\n <li>Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of utilizing Microsoft Word programs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Prefer proficiency or familiarity with an JD Edwards accounting environment.</li>\n <li>Require minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Master’s degree is a plus.</li>\n</ul>",
